How do I return or exchange an item purchase?
Any product may be returned for exchange or merchandise credit (USA only). A refund is available with your original proof of purchase from African Girl Doll. A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price, current list price or prorated price depending on the item(s) returned. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
 
To return your item(s) please visit africangirldoll.com/returns to complete a return form. After you have completed the form, click on the link to print a pre-addressed shipping label. There is no fee for this label.
 
Pack your item(s) in the shipping box or a sturdy cardboard box and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Ship your package via small parcel carrier such as FedEx or insured US Mail for your protection.
 
To complete an exchange, follow the above steps and simply place a new order for your desired item(s).
 
Can I place an order by phone for African Girl Doll products?

How do I know if you have received my African Girl Doll Web site order?
You will receive a confirmation email of your order. To receive email confirmation, you must include your correct e-mail address in the checkout process and check the e-mail confirmation box. Actual dresses may not be identical to items shown. Due to the intricate nature of the African fabrics used, each piece is unique but beautiful. The same fabric you selected at purchase will be the fabric of the dress you receive, but the look may vary slightly.
 
What are your sizing guidelines for the girls’ outfits?
Our sizing charts for girls sizes 6-14, are available throughout the website.
 
How do I change or cancel an order?
Once an order is submitted through the African Girl Doll Web site, it goes immediately into the system and unfortunately cannot be changed. How do I log out of my account?
Be sure to click the “log out” link in the upper right corner of your screen, either at the end of the checkout process or on the My Account page.
 
Can I ship countries outside the United States and Canada?
Yes we ship to most countries. See selection list at checkout. Recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties.
 
Do I have to register at the African Girl Doll Web site?
No, you don’t have to register. The advantage of registering is that it makes the checkout process much faster for future purchases—you won’t be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information each time you shop.
